Oscar like to think there’s a certain air of coolness to him but really he is more of the happy Labrador type. A happy go lucky fella who will start wagging his tale as soon as anyone throws him a stick. He does know though, being open to the world and carrying his heart on his sleeve, that dogs and hearts are better kept on a leach.
