Return policy

If you change your mind

We don't accept returns due to a change of mind. However, we can arrange an exchange (excluding commissions) provided the package is still sealed in the same way it arrives in and the painting is in re-saleable condition. Additional postage charges will apply.


Damaged goods

If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact me straightaway to request a return. Once I have received the photos of the damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue. Please note that a complaint made more than 48 hrs after receiving the parcel cannot be accepted.


To start a return, contact us at info@thorntonartwork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we will not be able to accept items sent back to us if you haven’t first requested a return.


Please note! Colour can vary marginally on PCs, Macs and phones, so the colours in your prints may be slightly different to what you see on your screen.
