The older Jesper gets the clearer things become. After a life time of trying to keep up with the latest pop culture trends and making sure he's always slightly cooler than average, it has dawned upon him that there is no such thing as 'ordinary'. All people have quirks, unfulfilled dreams, odd ways. Not everybody flaunts it, is all. Had he known when he was younger that bland personalities don't really exist, it might have spared him many a night proving himself to an invisible crowd... Bland art on the other hand exists in heaps and it impresses him as little now as it did when he was a young man.

Jesper was finished in November 2020.

RETURNS
- We don't accept returns due to a change of mind. However, we can arrange an exchange (excluding commissions) provided the package is still sealed in the same way it arrives in and the painting is in re-saleable condition. Additional postage charges will apply.

Packaging

- LARGE SCALE ARTWORKS
All large scale paintings (>50 x 50 cm) will be shipped rolled up on a tube to prevent damage. To see all different shipping rates, please visit this page 

- SMALL & MID SIZED ARTWORKS
All small to mid sized artworks (<50 x 50 cm) come carefully wrapped in protective packaging before enclosed in a sturdy box with extra protected corners. The package is marked fragile so that they arrive in mint condition, ready for you to hang.

- All paintings come signed and with a certificate of authenticity.

Hi! I'm Emily...

I create portraits of fictive people sprung from memories, found images or from people watching behind dark glasses (a secret speciality of mine).
